Want to elevate your DIY journey further? Included with the entail coordination fee is a "Day-Of-Itinerary"outline. This detailed plan is a customized  timeline for your day of schedule including vendors arrival time - keeping everyone on the same timeline.  This will ensure that your timeline is set up so that everything runs smoothly, leaving you free to savor the magic. All you need to provide is ONE contact person the day of your wedding that will follow the timeline and keep everything/everyone ontrack. This could be a family friend, cousin aunt or uncle but find someone who is comfortable rounding up hands to help and knows how to stay on task. If we structure your day right from the start everything should be set in place the day of to run smoothly. The Itinerary is not completed until the last two weeks before the wedding, to leave room for last minute change-ups.  lets make a plan!

The requirements?  One Online Zoom meeting or phone call.  A lot of time can be saved by talking to us initially through Zoom/Google or over the phone.

 

Depending on the coordination needs, we can do extra tasks billed per hour.  Our rate is $25.00 per half hour.
